The work of the corridor connecting Europe-Arabia-India will start soon. The first meeting in this regard will be held in France and this will start the work of this ambitious process of connecting India-Europe-Arabia. The work of this corridor is being started immediately to stop the growing power of China around the world. China has been working on the RI project for many years. It connects Asia with China, Europe and other countries in Africa. China is trying to dominate the world through this project. Therefore, Europe-Arabia-India Corridor is needed to answer China as well. France has now taken the first step in this regard and through this India will be better connected with Europe and Arabia. Once completed, this corridor will redefine trade worldwide.

 

French President Emmanuel Macron has taken the initiative regarding the Europe-Arabia-India Corridor. The first meeting in this regard will soon be held in France and the work of this corridor will be started from it. If this happens, China's work in the world will suffer a lot. The project is headed by Gérard Mestrelet, former chief executive of French energy utility Engie SA. This will create a network of railways, ships, gas pipelines and internet cables.

 


It will take more than 10 years to complete the work of Europe-Arabia-India corridor. The ongoing war between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip has raised doubts about the project. The fighting has increased tensions in the Middle East. Meanwhile, the level of conflict in the shipping lanes of the Red Sea has also increased. Basically, it is said that this conflict has increased due to this corridor. Because if this way is created then in future no one will be able to depend on anyone to trade around the world. That is why there is talk of conflict on the Gaza strip and the Red Sea.

 Members of the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor include the US, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the European Union. The India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor is 6000 km long. It covers 3500 km of sea route. All this will benefit the trade of perishable goods. Indian goods will reach Europe in 40 percent less time. China will also get a good slap from this. Currently, it takes 36 days for any cargo ship from India to reach Germany. After completion of this corridor, it will take 22 days. It will also affect the price of goods. Import-export will become easier and cheaper for India.

Actually, the new corridor is an alternative to China's Belt and Road Initiative. The project is expected to bring political stability and normalization of the situation in the Arabian Peninsula. The project has been considered a global infrastructure and investment milestone. The Eastern Corridor will connect India with the Arabian Gulf. The Northern Corridor will connect the Gulf region with Europe. Through this, Mundra, Kandla of Gujarat and Jawaharlal Nehru part of Navi Mumbai in India will also be developed from the point of view of international transport. Similar development will take place at the ports of Fujairah, Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi in the UAE and Dammam and Ras Al Khair in Saudi Arabia. Although the transport capacity of the area where this corridor is going to be built, the cost of transport will be reduced. Also, financial stability will increase and disease generation will also occur. Mainly, experts believe that the pollution problem will be reduced to some extent.

 

Not only will trade develop through this corridor, all the countries in it will come closer to each other culturally. Also, due to this corridor excluding Pakistan, India will be able to trade with western countries more easily. Employment opportunities will be available in all sectors and skilled and unskilled workers will also get this opportunity.
Although this project is ambitious, there are many difficulties in completing it. The main problem is the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. This project will bring together many countries in Asia and Africa.
