These women have the highest risk of breast cancer
According to the WHO, women's age, obesity, alcohol consumption, family history, exposure to radiation, reproductive history, when the first child was born, tobacco use, postmenopausal hormone therapy are factors. But more than half of women develop breast cancer without any risk.

- Nowadays, some women stop breastfeeding the baby immediately after a month or two after its birth. But even if you continue to breastfeed for a longer period of time, the risk of breast cancer may arise.
-Being overweight is actually an invitation to many diseases. But overweight women may be at risk of breast cancer. So obesity should be controlled.

Women should choose foods that are high in vitamin C and antioxidants. For this, salad, seeds, nuts, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits should be eaten daily. Pumpkin seeds, ragi, sorghum, millet, almonds, walnuts should also be consumed daily.
