Actually this story is from 2016. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau took his family to a private island in the Bahamas for a vacation. A woman MP from Canada O Regan also came there with her husband. Apart from this, Trudeau's Liberal Party President Anna Geni Sudha came with her husband. As soon as Trudeau returned, some questions were asked in attendance. Opponents began to allege that PM Trudeau had taken personal benefits from the famous businessman Aga Khan during the trip. On investigation, these allegations were found to be true. Realizing he was mistaken, Trudeau said he had family ties to the Aga Khan, the funder. But Canada's Ethics Commissioner Mary Dawson deemed it a breach of ethics.

The most controversial aspect of Trudeau's trip to the private island was that a private helicopter was arranged for him. This helicopter belonged to the famous businessman Aga Khan. After being tricked, Trudeau admitted his mistake and defended it by saying that they were his family friends. He promised that he would not do this again.

In fact, Canada has strict laws regarding corruption.
